On behalf of my parents, we would like to thank Grollo Homes for their friendly and professional manner in which our new home was constructed.

As foreigners, building a house from scratch was a huge undertaking for us. But Grollo Homes made everything from the initial design to the final handover so easy and communications during the construction were very effective. All recommendations were practical and considerate. One of the best things is that we are still being taken good care of after the handover and all our queries have been promptly dealt with.

I would like to comment on our French Provincial home built by the Grollo company. In the process of building, we were delighted by the service, workmanship, and daily supervision.

Throughout their contract, Grollo’s aimed for a first rate quality…. In all cases, their company accommodated our needs…. Amongst their trades’ people, they utilized top-standard tilers creating a beautiful finish to all the flooring space. Quality was their key factor!

We thank their long standing supervisor Ari, for also understanding our, often demanding needs. Since moving into our home, the facility has been used as a show-piece to entertain many people for charity work.  The house seems to always impress!

Lou and Ben were very patient to design and explain the concept designs for us. They listened to our needs and put them together into the designs. Jason and Rosanna were very helpful to select all colours and materials. They never rush to finish our meetings and always make sure we were satisfied with the outcomes.

All other staff were very friendly and helpful. We’ve moved in for five months. There were some minor maintenances, they always sent people to us in time and fixed them in a professional way. Ari was a good site manager.
